We ensure all relevant fire, health and safety legislation is adhered to, and maintain the grounds and upkeep of all shared facilities. We act on behalf of residents or a management company to prepare annual budgets, collect service contributions and keep the book keeping and accounts up to date, in accordance with RICS rules and regulations.
